Live Nation Deploys AI-Powered Customer Service Tool Across US Concert Venues
Live Nation Entertainment is expanding its use of Salesforce's AI-powered customer service tool across its US concert venues. The company deployed Melody, a conversational agent built with React and powered by Service Cloud, during the BottleRock Napa Valley music festival in California. Attendees used the tool to query artist set times and stage locations, as well as receive food and scheduling recommendations.
The system maintained conversation history and session context, allowing it to process follow-up questions effectively. During the 12-day launch window leading up to the event, Melody logged over 37,000 interactions and 17,000 customer service sessions, with 85% of users receiving their requested information within three responses.
Following the pilot deployment, Live Nation is rolling out Venue Agent to handle queries across its venue websites. The system uses a single agent architecture powered by Service Cloud and Data Cloud, allowing it to retrieve venue-specific information without requiring separate bots for each location.
