Live Nation has launched a new agentic support system called Agentforce to assist fans across its 120 venue websites. The platform, which went live on July 27, 2026, is designed to handle pre-event inquiries, such as transportation, parking, and general event information, ensuring a smoother experience for concertgoers. According to a Live Nation survey, 78% of live music fans want guidance before attending events, highlighting the need for quick, easy access to information.
The Venue Agent system uses Salesforce's Service Cloud, Data 360, and CMS APIs to deliver accurate, venue-specific answers. It autonomously handles routine FAQs and escalates conversations to human agents when necessary. The system is projected to resolve over 300,000 fan inquiries annually and has already achieved a 95% case deflection rate, allowing venue teams to focus more on creating memorable live experiences.
Live Nation's headless Venue Agent uses a context variable from each venue’s website to pull the correct information from the Data 360 data graph. This approach allows a single agent to support over 120 venues without building separate agents for each property. The system also integrates with Slack for seamless escalation to Live Nation Entertainment teams when needed.
Looking ahead, Venue Agent will expand to respond through all venue social accounts across X, Facebook, and Instagram. Live Nation chose Salesforce for its ability to manage venue context through Data 360, ensuring consistent and accurate experiences across venues and channels. The company's Signature Success Plan provides oversight and support as the platform scales.
