Live Nation Rolls Out AI-Powered Venue Support Across US Concert Venues
Live Nation Entertainment, a global live entertainment and ticketing provider, has expanded its use of Salesforce's AI-powered customer service tool, Agentforce. The company will deploy Venue Agent across its US concert venues to handle automated customer support.
The rollout follows a successful pilot deployment at the BottleRock Napa Valley music festival in 2026. During the event, Live Nation tested Melody, an AI agent powered by Salesforce Service Cloud, which handled over 37,000 interactions and 17,000 customer service sessions.
Melody was built with a headless React architecture embedded in the festival's application and deployed in under 30 days in partnership with Salesforce's engineering and professional services teams. The system maintained conversation history and session context to process follow-up questions, providing users with requested information within three responses 85% of the time.
With Venue Agent, Live Nation aims to give fans fast and reliable answers to their queries about venue-specific information such as parking, prohibited items, accessible seating, and door times. The system will route conversations through Slack to a live engagement team if users request human assistance or ask questions outside the agent's programmed parameters.
According to Jon Glickstein, SVP of Enterprise Partnerships at Live Nation Media and Sponsorship, 'The best technology makes the live experience feel easier.' He added that Venue Agent will give fans personalized support whenever they need it, making every step around the show a little easier.
