Live Nation Taps Salesforce's Agentforce to Automate Fan Inquiries
Live Nation is teaming up with Salesforce's Agentforce to make show days easier for fans. The partnership will automate most fan inquiries across U.S. venues, while still providing human backup via Slack.
The move builds on a successful pilot at BottleRock Napa Valley, where the company used an agentic festival guide called Melody to provide on-demand expertise powered by Service Cloud.
Melody allowed fans to ask questions about artist set times, stage locations, and more, while receiving personalized recommendations. It also maintained conversation history and session context, allowing it to understand follow-up questions and provide more relevant responses.
With this new partnership, Live Nation is launching Venue Agent, which will give fans 24/7 access to information about parking, what to bring to the venue, accessible seating, door times, and more. The system uses a single agent powered by Service Cloud with Data Cloud to deliver accurate, venue-specific answers.
According to Live Nation research, 78% of fans want guidance ahead of a show to help make their experience smoother. Venue Agent aims to provide that guidance, allowing the fan engagement team to focus on innovative initiatives rather than handling individual inquiries.
