LPL Financial Appoints Jonathan Lewis as New Managing Director and CTIO
LPL Financial has appointed Jonathan Lewis as its new Managing Director and Chief Technology & Information Officer. With over 30 years of experience in technology leadership across various sectors, including wealth management and asset management, Lewis brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.
Before joining LPL Financial, Lewis held senior technology positions at Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Fidelity Investments, and Goldman Sachs. His most recent role was as Managing Director and Head of Digital & Trading Technology at Wells Fargo's Wealth Management division, where he led a team supporting digital wealth and trading capabilities for over 12,000 financial advisors and one million online brokerage clients.
Lewis also spent nearly nine years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including five years as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management Technology. He was responsible for technology strategy and a multi-year transformation towards cloud-first architecture, and created the Spectrum platform that hosted over 100 applications used by more than 3,500 people.
