Lucid, Bolt Team Up for Autonomous Ride-Hailing in Europe with 25k Vehicles

Lucid Group has expanded its robotaxi push in Europe through a partnership with ride-hailing platform Bolt. The deal will deploy at least 25,000 fully autonomous Lucid vehicles across multiple European cities.

The vehicles will be based on Lucid's upcoming Midsize platform and will use Nvidia's Hyperion platform to enable Level 4 autonomous driving. Bolt plans to own and operate the fleet, with Lucid providing AI and autonomous-driving expertise.

Lucid CEO Silvio Napoli said that Bolt's reach and operating expertise make it an ideal partner for scaling autonomous mobility across Europe.
