Lupin Launches Generic Sugammadex Injection in US Market
Lupin Limited has launched its generic Sugammadex Injection in the US market following approval from the FDA for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA).
The company introduced Sugammadex Injection, 200 mg/2 mL and 500 mg/5 mL Single-Dose Vials, which are bioequivalent to Bridion Injection of Merck, Sharp & Dohme LLC.
Sugammadex Injection is indicated for the reversal of neuromuscular blockade induced by rocuronium bromide and vecuronium bromide in adult and pediatric patients aged two years and older undergoing surgery.
