Luxury Hotels Focus on Culture, Wellness, and AI at INSPIRE 2026
The International Luxury Hotel Association has added several sessions to its INSPIRE 2026 conference agenda, scheduled for December 15-17 at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa in Orlando. The new sessions will focus on culture, wellness, artificial intelligence, and event connectivity.
Elizabeth Mullins, president of Evermore Hospitality, and Phil Keb, senior adviser for global capital investments and transactions at IHG Hotels & Resorts, will discuss the role of hospitality in responding to travelers' desire for connection as AI affects daily life. Their session will address social disconnection, described as an age of loneliness.
The conference will also include a session on AI's return on investment for hospitality businesses, led by Rodney Linville, global head of information technology at Nobu Hospitality; Shane O'Flaherty, global director of travel, transportation and hospitality at Microsoft; and Neha Jaitpal, global general manager of Honeywell's hospitality vertical.
