Matic Moves to US as Copeland Shuffles Leadership
Sandro Matic, president of Copeland's European business, is relocating to the US to take on the role of president for the Americas. This change will occur on September 1st, but Matic will continue to lead Europe in an interim capacity until October 1st, when Gwenaelle Cheramy arrives from Switzerland.
Matic joined Emerson in Aachen in 2011 as a financial analyst and has held various leadership positions within the company. He was appointed president of Emerson Climate Europe in 2022 before becoming Copeland's president of Europe last year.
Cheramy, who is joining Copeland from Honeywell, brings over 20 years of international leadership experience to her new role. She has managed large organizations like Nissan and has a background in commercial operations, business management, and strategic planning.
