McDonald's Corporation announced a 4% increase in its quarterly dividend to $1.93 per share, marking the company's 50th consecutive year of dividend raises.

The new dividend is payable on December 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2026.

The increase brings the annual dividend to $7.72 per share and solidifies McDonald's position among the 'Dividend Kings,' a group of fewer than 60 U.S. public companies with at least 50 consecutive years of annual dividend raises.

According to Ian Borden, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer, this milestone is the result of decades-long commitment to maintaining financial discipline and rewarding shareholders.
