McDonald's Gets Price Target Cut to $260 Amid Inflation Concerns
McDonald's (NYSE:MCD) received a new price target of $260 from JPMorgan Chase & Co., marking an 8% increase from its previous close.
This comes after several other analysts adjusted their targets for the fast-food giant, with some lowering them due to concerns over inflation and flat customer traffic.
McDonald's has been working on a productivity makeover, investing $8.5 billion in franchisee support through 2036, including restaurant remodels, technology upgrades, employee training, and productivity improvements.
The company is also focusing on growth initiatives such as hand-breaded and grilled chicken, protein-focused bowls, and AI-enabled ordering to attract health-conscious consumers and recover market share.
