McDonald's Hits 50-Year Dividend Streak as 'Dividend King'

McDonald's has marked its 50th consecutive year of dividend increases, joining an elite group of fewer than 60 U.S. public companies known as 'Dividend Kings.'

The quarterly cash dividend was increased by 4% to $1.93 per share, which is equivalent to $7.72 annually.
