Terry Eagle's remarkable 50-year career at McDonald's has come full circle. Starting as a teenager in 1976, he worked his way up from crew member to franchisee and now owns six locations across South London.

Eagle, who is now 65, began working at the Catford location when it was just two years old in the UK. After four years, he was promoted to manager at the age of 19, a feat that few can claim.

He continued to rise through the ranks and eventually became a franchisee, opening his first McDonald's location in Camberwell. Today, Eagle is not only a successful business owner but also a pillar of his community, known for his commitment to hiring people with disabilities and working with local law enforcement to reduce crime.

Eagle has received numerous accolades for his dedication, including commendations from the Metropolitan Police and three Parliamentary awards. He has also partnered with charity Spiral to help young people transition into the workforce and has raised over $200,000 for Ronald McDonald House UK.
