McDonald's Names Skye Anderson as President of U.S. Business

McDonald's Corporation has appointed Skye Anderson as President of McDonald's USA, effective August 4, 2026. Anderson succeeds Joe Erlinger, who is leaving after nearly seven years leading the U.S. business.

Anderson brings over 26 years of experience to the role, having worked in finance leadership in Australia and field and zone leadership across the United States. She also led the creation of McDonald's Global Business Services and has served as U.S. Chief Operating Officer.

In her previous role as head of the U.S. West Zone, Anderson helped drive comparable sales growth of over 30% and increased average restaurant unit cash flow by $100,000.
