McDonald's Philippines Gives Away Free McMuffins on National Breakfast Day

The Philippines' McDonald's celebrated its 4th National Breakfast Day by giving away free McMuffins to customers across the country. The event aimed to brighten up the start of the week for those struggling with the Monday blues.

More than 400 stores nationwide participated in the giveaway, which took place from 6 to 7 am on March 14. Top Filipino celebrities such as Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards handed out free McMuffins to customers at select stores.

Adi Timbol, Hernandez, Senior PR and Communications manager for McDonald’s Philippines, explained that the event was designed to 'lighten up the mood a bit with a delicious breakfast' on a Monday morning.
