McDonald's Revives Snack Wrap After Decade-Long Absence
McDonald's is reviving its Snack Wrap menu item after a decade-long absence. The chain confirmed it will re-add the snack to its menu, but with some changes: it will no longer contain cheese and will feature black pepper mayo instead of regular cool mayo.
The original Snack Wrap was introduced in 2006 as part of McDonald's Saver Menu. It consisted of a tortilla wrap filled with chicken select, lettuce, cheese, and cool mayo.
According to the fast-food chain, fans won't have long to wait for its return. The new Snack Wrap will be available starting October 6 at 11am in McDonald's stores across the UK, priced at £1.99 as part of the Saver Menu.
