McGuireWoods Bolsters Seattle Office with Aviation Litigators
McGuireWoods has expanded its Seattle office with two seasoned aviation and product liability litigators. Allison Kendrick, who retired as chief counsel for products liability at The Boeing Company, joins McGuireWoods as counsel. David Lassen, former senior counsel for products liability at Boeing, is now a partner in the firm.
Kendrick brings 20 years of experience overseeing aviation product liability litigation, while Lassen has over 15 years managing complex commercial disputes and government investigations. Their expertise adds to McGuireWoods' growing capabilities in product liability and aviation litigation.
Noreen Kelly, deputy managing partner and head of litigation, welcomed the duo: 'Allison and David are exactly the caliber of talent we envisioned adding as we built out our Seattle office.' Rike Connelly, managing partner of the Seattle office, added that Kendrick and Lassen know the market and share McGuireWoods' commitment to excellence and collaboration.
The firm now has 16 lawyers in its Seattle office, including 10 partners. The addition reinforces McGuireWoods' West Coast expansion, which began with nine partners launching the office in February 2026.
