Merck Beats Q2 Sales Estimates as Revenue Jumps 5.1%
Pharmaceutical giant Merck (NYSE:MRK) announced better-than-expected sales in Q2 CY2026, with revenue up 5.1% year on year to $16.61 billion.
The company's quarterly performance exceeded Wall Street estimates by 2.1%, while its non-GAAP loss of $0.13 per share was significantly higher than analysts' consensus estimates, beating them by 49.5%.
Merck also slightly lifted its revenue guidance for the full year to $66.8 billion at the midpoint from $66.4 billion and lowered its full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $2.71 at the midpoint, a 46.9% decrease.
