Merck Should Snap Up Moderna at $215 Per Share

Hidden Gems, a recommendation from The Motley Fool, has seen Moderna (MRNA) shares surge from $24.15 in November 2025 to near $144 today.

The investment service believes Merck (MRK) should acquire Moderna for $210-$215 per share, citing the potential for significant growth through a personalized vaccine technology.

This technology, called intismeran, has shown promising results when combined with Merck's cancer drug Keytruda in a post-surgery melanoma trial. By acquiring Moderna, Merck would gain control over this technology and manufacturing process, allowing it to bring solutions to the market faster.
