Merck's KRAS Deal May Block Deals with Other Firms
Bernstein's analyst Courtney Breen said that Merck's licensing agreement for a KRAS inhibitor could eliminate potential deals with other companies, Revolution Medicines and Erasca.
The pharmaceutical giant has licensed SPR2015 from private company SciBrunch for a $400 million upfront payment as part of a total potential value of up to $2.13 billion.
Merck's stock currently trades at $148.36, just 5% below its 52-week high of $156.92.
