At the Morgan Stanley Global Healthcare Conference, Merck's Chairman and Chief Executive Rob Davis presented an upbeat outlook for the company's pipeline and commercial strategy. He highlighted multiple catalysts driving growth, including positive data from Phase III trials of its INT personalized neoantigen therapy with Moderna, sacituzumab tirumotecan, a Trop-2 antibody-drug conjugate, and enlicitide, an oral PCSK9 inhibitor.

Merck's pipeline revenue goal for the mid-2030s has increased to over $70 billion, with several sources of upside identified. The company is working through changing market conditions for drug access, reimbursement, and cross-border innovation.
