Merck's Chairman and Chief Executive Rob Davis said the company is 'hitting on all cylinders' as it outlines its pipeline and commercial strategy at the Morgan Stanley 24th Annual Global Healthcare Conference. The company has been 'very eventful,' with multiple catalysts still ahead, according to Davis.

The company highlighted positive data for its INT personalized neoantigen therapy, sacituzumab tirumotecan, and tulisokibart. Merck's new oral PCSK9 drug, enlicitide, could help expand treatment in a large cardiovascular market.

The company also discussed its business-development model that puts science at the center of dealmaking. Management described PBM reform, 340B policy, China biotech partnerships, and AI in drug design as key areas to focus on.
