Micron Awaits Strong Q4 Earnings Amid AI-Driven Memory Demand
Micron Technology is set to release its fourth-quarter earnings report on September 30. The company has reported record revenue of $41.46 billion in the third quarter and guided for around $50 billion in the fourth quarter with an 86% gross margin.
Analyst James Schneider at Goldman Sachs expects another strong quarter from Micron, citing continued tightness in DRAM and NAND markets. He estimates $51.9 billion in revenue, an 87.3% gross margin, and EPS of $32.54, exceeding Wall Street expectations.
The company's focus on high-bandwidth memory (HBM) and server memory for AI data centers is a key area to watch, with Schneider predicting Micron will maintain or expand its roughly 20% HBM market share.
