Microsoft Boosts Quarterly Dividend by 8 Percent
Microsoft has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.98 per share, marking an 8% increase from the previous quarter's dividend of $0.90.
The company stated that the new dividend is payable on December 10, 2026, to shareholders who are recorded as such by November 19, 2026. The ex-dividend date will be the same day.
In addition to the dividend announcement, Microsoft confirmed its Annual Shareholders Meeting for this year will take place virtually on December 8, 2026.
