Microsoft Delays Outlook Reporting Change, Now in Early November
Microsoft has delayed the retirement of the Outlook for Windows Usage Report in the Exchange admin center, giving administrators more time to prepare for the change.
The report's retirement was previously planned for mid-August to mid-September 2026 but will now begin in early November and finish by late November 2026.
Outlook usage reporting is being moved to the Microsoft 365 admin center, which will provide administrators with more complete and current usage data across Microsoft 365 apps.
