Microsoft Director Acquires Dividend-Restricted Stock Units
Microsoft director Carmine Di Sibio has acquired 0.255 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) tied to dividend-equivalent accruals on Microsoft common stock, increasing his directly owned RSU balance.
The acquisition occurred on September 10, 2026, as part of a fully vested RSU grant. Each unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Microsoft common stock and will be delivered 30 days after Di Sibio's separation from the Board of Directors.
Following this transaction, Di Sibio holds 138.560 RSUs directly owned, along with 360 common shares of Microsoft stock.
