A recent bug in Microsoft Edge version 153 has been causing web apps to freeze on users' PCs.

The issue was confirmed by Microsoft, which recommends rolling back to version 152 as a workaround.

To roll back to version 152, users must jump through several hoops, including disabling Microsoft Edge updates, downloading a previous version of the browser, and running a command to install it.
