A recent security bulletin from the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre revealed multiple vulnerabilities in Microsoft Edge. The issues, which were discovered in versions prior to 152.0.4191.53, could be exploited by a remote attacker to trigger various malicious conditions on the targeted system.

The identified vulnerabilities include denial of service (DoS), elevation of privilege, security restriction bypass, sensitive information disclosure, remote code execution, spoofing, and data manipulation. These issues pose a medium risk to users, according to the bulletin.

To address these vulnerabilities, Microsoft recommends updating to version 152.0.4191.53 or later. The update is available from the software vendor's website.
