Microsoft Releases Optional Windows 11 Update with New Features

Microsoft has released an optional update for Windows 11 users, KB5124010. This preview update gives users a chance to try out new features and changes that will be officially released next Patch Tuesday.

The update includes several notable changes, including fixes for issues with the built-in camera, File History, and Sysmon. It also introduces new emoji, including distorted face, fight cloud, and hairy creature, as well as support for Emoji 17.0.

Other features in this update include improvements to desktop background experiences, Bluetooth connectivity, accessibility settings, and gesture controls for precision touchpads. The update also includes a new setting that lets users remap the Copilot key.
