Microsoft Revives Surface Mouse Line with Haptic Feedback
Microsoft is reviving its Surface Mouse line with a new model featuring haptic feedback and customizable actions. The mouse, which will hit stores on October 13, offers subtle but noticeable sensations when interacting with screens or performing tasks like snapping windows into place.
The new Surface Mouse has a redesigned ambidextrous shape, allowing users to easily switch hands if needed. Additionally, it comes equipped with Bluetooth 6.0 for seamless pairing and switching between devices.
One notable feature is the customizable action button, which can be programmed using Microsoft's Surface app. This allows users to assign various actions to the button, although it does have limitations, the button's functionality cannot be changed on a per-app basis.
