Nganga brings over a decade of experience at Microsoft to her new role, having held various leadership positions within the company's Middle East and Africa (Emerging Markets) business. Most recently, she served as Regional Director of Customer Success for East and West Africa.

In this position, Nganga will work closely with governments, businesses, and technology partners to build AI skills and workforce readiness in East Africa. She aims to enable local companies to become producers and consumers of AI innovation, essential for their success in the global digital economy.
