Microsoft Taps Yanna Andronopoulou for Expanded Regional Role
Microsoft has appointed Yanna Andronopoulou as General Manager for Greece, Cyprus, Malta, and the Adriatics. She will lead the company's business across 12 markets in this new role.
In her expanded position, Andronopoulou will help private and public-sector organizations use AI and cloud technologies to modernize services, improve productivity, and support Europe's competitiveness.
The appointment is a result of Microsoft's largest cloud investment in the area, with an Azure region planned to open in 2028. This new structure makes it easier to share specialist expertise, skills initiatives, and successful approaches across markets.
