The normal price of the Game Pass Ultimate subscription is $22.99 per month. It's unclear how Microsoft selects which users are eligible for these discounts or whether they're available outside the US.

Redditor, who had previously subscribed to Game Pass on and off for nearly two years, reported receiving an offer for 12 months at $16.09 per month after canceling their subscription about a month earlier.
