Microsoft Unveils One-Day Chatbot Training for Power Virtual Agents

Microsoft has launched a new training program called ‘Microsoft Power Virtual Agents in a Day', aimed at quickly onboarding chatbot authors and business analysts. This beginner-level course is designed to help participants build and analyze chatbots using Power Virtual Agents within a single day. The program includes six modules, covering topics such as building your first chatbot, topic suggestions, improving chatbots with entities and variables, integrating with pre-built Power Automate flows, and topic design best practices.
