Microsoft's AI Revenue Mostly Driven by OpenAI
Microsoft's AI sales have been largely driven by OpenAI, according to new disclosures from the company.
The tech giant recorded $24.1 billion in sales from OpenAI during the year ended in June, as reported in a recent filing.
This figure is part of Microsoft's overall AI revenue projection, which Chief Executive Officer Satya Nadella stated was on pace to reach $37 billion over the course of a full year at the end of the March quarter.
