Azure has crossed $100 billion in annual revenue for the first time, and growth is accelerating. This milestone comes as part of Microsoft's latest financial report, which saw a 17.75% year-over-year increase in revenue to $90.01 billion.

The company's Intelligent Cloud division produced $39.31 billion in revenue, up 32%, while Microsoft Cloud reached $59.3 billion, up 27%. This growth is largely driven by Azure, which saw a 43% year-over-year increase in Q4 and guidance for 45% growth in constant currency for Q1 FY27.

Microsoft's commercial remaining performance obligations (RPO) stand at $678 billion, up 84% year-over-year. This figure represents contracted revenue that has not yet been delivered, but it's clear that enterprises are eager to invest in AI capacity before deployment.
