Miguel Statue Unveiled for Disney California Adventure's Coco Ride

The Coco ride at Disney California Adventure will soon feature a statue of Miguel at its entrance. The new artwork for the ride, part of Pixar Pier, has been revealed through the Pavilion Collection T-shirt coming to D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.

The Casa Museo de la Familia archway is featured on the back of the T-shirt, which will act as the ride's entrance. Framed by the arch is a statue of Miguel with his guitar.

This new artwork provides a better look at the Coco ride's concept art, which previously did not feature a Miguel statue. The statue's location was partially hidden from view in the previous artwork.

Attendees at D23 may get an even closer look at the statue during the Walt Disney Imagineering Pavilion or their Horizons showcase.
