Mina and English Team Up for Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is gearing up for its annual event on November 20th and 21st, and this year's festivities will include a brand-new experience. For the first time ever, celebrity chefs Michael Mina and Todd English will be teaming up to host an exclusive collaborative tasting experience. The event, which takes place on Saturday, November 21st from 3:30-5 PM, will feature the two James Beard Award-winning chefs working side by side in an interactive setting.

The culinary journey, which is limited to a select number of guests, will consist of ten carefully constructed courses, paired with beverage selections from around the world. The menu promises to be a fusion of flavors and cuisines, with dishes ranging from marinated big-eye tuna to roasted Chilean sea bass. Throughout the experience, Mina and English will interact directly with the group, sharing stories about their personal heritage, global travels, culinary philosophies, and the dishes that have helped define their careers.
