Minnesota Resident Judy May Tripp Passes Away After Brief Cancer Journey
Judy May Tripp passed away on September 20 in Chaska after a brief cancer journey. She was born in Minneapolis in 1946 and spent most of her life with her husband, Jim.
The couple moved around the state to pursue their dreams, first living on a lake in Waverly and then wintering in Florida.
Towards the end of her career with Alliant Techsystems (ATK), Judy retired after 38 years working for Honeywell and its spin-off. She continued to work 'fun jobs' and loved to travel with Jim, visiting many places during their retirement.
Judy was an avid grandmother who spent time with her six grandsons and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, painting, and dog ownership. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be made to the Animal Humane Society.
