Moonraker's Free Tools Help Therapy Practices Fix Online Visibility Issues
Moonraker has released two free tools to help therapy practices assess their online presence. The AI Readiness Scan and Listing Check provide a plain language report on what Google and AI assistants can see.
The AI Readiness Scan reads a practice website like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google do: its structured data, AI and crawler files, and up to twelve of its pages. In 40 seconds, it returns a readiness level, what's missing, and the three fixes that matter most.
The Listing Check searches directories for practices and clinicians by name, checks federal NPI registry records, and looks across the wider web for listings created by others. It emails a report showing where name, address, and phone number disagree and what to fix first.
Moonraker's research found that 77.9% of independent therapy practice websites fall below the level an AI assistant needs to quote them, with 65.7% missing llms.txt, the file AI crawlers read first.
