Morgan Stanley has lowered its price target for Apple Inc.'s stock to USD 355.00 while maintaining an Overweight rating.

The move comes after Apple reported strong quarterly results, with revenue growing 16.40% year over year to USD 109.42 billion in the third quarter of fiscal 2026.

Diluted earnings per share reached USD 2.02, exceeding the consensus estimate of USD 1.89, but Morgan Stanley cited lower iPhone average selling prices and higher memory costs as offsets to stronger iPhone builds, Mac performance, and Services pricing.

The Nasdaq price of Apple's stock stood at USD 331.73 on October 2, 2026, while the market capitalization was USD 4.9 trillion.
