Morningstar Picks Up Stakes at Google's New Chicago Office Building

Morningstar Inc., a leading provider of financial data, is set to relocate its headquarters to Google's newly developed office building in Chicago. The move will take place in 2028 and marks a significant milestone for the city's downtown area.

The company, which employs around 1,500 people in Chicago, will occupy more than 275,000 square feet of space, making it the largest lease transaction announced in Chicago this year.

The building, currently under construction by Google, will serve as a major hub for both companies, with Morningstar and Google co-anchoring the site. This partnership is expected to bring new life to the once-neglected area of downtown Chicago.
