MSFT Shareholders May Lead Securities Fraud Lawsuit Over Alleged False Statements
Investors in Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) who have suffered losses may be eligible to lead a securities fraud class action lawsuit, according to The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz.
The complaint alleges that between May 1, 2025 and January 28, 2026, defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements about the Company's business, operations, and prospects.
Specifically, it is claimed that Microsoft failed to disclose material adverse facts about its Copilot family of products, including brand positioning, user experience, usage, data siloing, computational capacity, organizational, and interoperability problems.
The lawsuit also alleges that Microsoft's flagship proprietary AI model ranked well below competitors on benchmark tests and required significant capital expenditures and resource reallocation to improve the competitive positioning of its critical Copilot family of products.
