Muon Space Lands $250 Million Funding Round with Google, Salesforce Backing

Muon Space Inc., a satellite startup founded in 2021, has secured $250 million in funding from prominent investors including Google and Salesforce Ventures. The Series C round was led by Eclipse Capital, with the company stating it will use the capital to accelerate satellite production and invest in capabilities such as orbital AI computing.

The Mountain View, Calif.-based company has now raised over $386 million in total equity funding, having launched 11 satellites into orbit and established a manufacturing facility in California. Alphabet Inc.'s Google and Salesforce Ventures LLC joined the growing list of investors backing Muon Space.
