Murder-For-Hire Trial Begins for Estranged Husband of Jared Bridegan's Ex-Wife

Florida Microsoft executive Jared Bridegan was shot and killed in a Jacksonville Beach neighborhood over four years ago. Now, his alleged killer is on trial.

Mario Fernandez Saldana, the estranged husband of Bridegan's ex-wife Shanna Gardner, is facing charges for his role in the murder-for-hire plot. Gardner and another accomplice, Henry Tenon, are also accused of conspiring to kill Bridegan.

The trial began on Monday, August 17, and will continue through the end of the week. Today marks the fifth day of Saldana's trial.
