Dell and Super Micro Technologies have seen their stocks rise in premarket trading after SpaceX CEO Elon Musk denied reports that Foxconn had secured a massive $52 billion order for Nvidia-powered AI servers.

The report from Taiwan's Economic Daily stated that SpaceX was planning to purchase over 13,000 AI server racks powered by Nvidia's GB300 chips at $4 million per rack, which would have been a significant blow to Dell and Super Micro as they traditionally supply AI servers to SpaceX.

Musk denied the report on X, calling it 'fake news.' Before his denial, the report was widely discussed among users, with Citrini analyst Jukan stating that Foxconn had displaced Dell and Super Micro in the deal.
