Nadella Optimistic as Xbox Undertakes Massive Restructuring Efforts

The layoffs have been significant, with 1,600 staff members let go in July, followed by an additional 1,600 set to follow before the end of the fiscal year. The changes also include the Fallout: New Vegas team at Obsidian Entertainment moving under Bethesda and State of Decay developer Undead Labs confirming its independence.
