NAM Adds Fifth 'Queen Of The Skies' Freighters to Cargo Fleet

A Boeing 747-400BCF has joined Network Airline Management's (NAM) cargo fleet, becoming its fifth 'Queen Of The Skies' freighter. The aircraft, registered 9H-AKA, has a 31-year history and was previously operated by Saudia and EVA Air.

The Boeing 747-400BCF flew for EVA Air from 1995 to 2009, when it was reconfigured as a freighter. It later operated for Saudia Cargo and Air Atlanta Icelandic before joining NAM in July 2026. The aircraft is now operated by Air Atlanta Europe and has flown to several destinations.

NAM confirmed that the Boeing 747-400BCF will operate out of its primary hub at Liege Airport (LGG) in Belgium. According to Jonathan Clark, CEO of Network Aviation Group, this expansion enhances NAM's flexibility, frequency, and overall service delivery for customers worldwide.
