Nanobiotix S.A.'s Revenue Plummets as It Awaits JNJ-1900 Breakthrough
Nanobiotix S.A., a clinical-stage oncology company, has reported its financial results for the first half of 2026. The company's revenue and other income declined to EUR 5.6 million, down from EUR 26.4 million in the prior-year period.
The decline is not unexpected, given that Nanobiotix's investment case depends less on near-term revenue and more on the execution of its radioenhancer candidate, JNJ-1900 (formerly NBTXR3), which is being advanced with Johnson & Johnson. The company's central driver is the development of this product.
Nanobiotix has a substantial cash position, with EUR 110.9 million in cash and cash equivalents at June 30, 2026. Management has stated that this cash position will fund operations into 2029.
