Nathalie Gaveau Resigns from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Board

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (NASDAQ: CCEP) announced that Independent Non-executive Director Nathalie Gaveau has resigned from its Board, effective September 16, 2026. She served on the Affiliated Transaction Committee and previously as a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.

Gaveau's resignation comes after serving on the board since January 2019. The company has begun a process to appoint a new independent non-executive director in line with its Articles of Association and Shareholders' Agreement.

Mary Harris, CCEP's Senior Independent Director, will become an interim member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee from September 16, 2026.
